I can remind them a lot, and do it better myself. beyond that, it's just people remembering on the field and pushing a bit harder...sectionals are quite disliked

heck yes on the free running! before my accident, my friend scott and i tried to form a team. we were pretty good, but not that good. then again, parkour are world class free runners. i'm hoping to get out of physical therapy soon so i can train over winter and be ready for another go next spring

i've never tried back flips. front flips, yes. i didnt get terribly far before i wrecked. just basic wall flips and roof to roof things
